The contemplative path that CLF promotes recognizes that our journey to wholeness encompasses more than just the spiritual; it also includes the mental and physical realms that may require healing and mending. Recognizing the importance of companionship and sometimes physical healing, CLF encourages the exploration of diverse methodologies. These are intended to assist and complement the spiritual work individuals may be undertaking. In this way, CLF supports a holistic approach to personal growth and healing, ensuring that all aspects of one’s being are nurtured towards achieving a state of complete wholeness.
In the past, this was referred to as Spiritual Direction. In recent times, however, as we become increasingly aware of the need to consider the other’s perspective, it is important that this is seen as a companion on the journey.
In this information age, there is a great deal of material available, and it’s important to have some guidance as to what is most appropriate to one’s circumstance. It can be valuable to have someone on a similar quest see you and reflect you back to yourself.
CLF utilizes many contemporary tools to help people better understand their path and the various aspects of that path that may be hindering their movement to wholeness.
Such assistance can be found in tools such as Integral Human Design, Gene Keys, the Enneagram, Shadow work (clean up, grow up, show up). Many people are not aware of these tools and, therefore, continue to be blindsided by aspects of themselves that continue to sabotage their journey. CLF introduces people to these tools and provides support in the inquiry.
Reconnective Healing is an energy healing methodology and is centered around the willingness to be a catalyst to allow higher energies to permeate and impact the various challenges faced by individuals.
More and more it is becoming an awareness that this entire existence is about energy and its flow. Illness is perceived as a hindrance to the flow of this life energy. As known from science lower energies are more sluggish and as a result cause undesirable effects. A river is a prime example of this. In the early stages of the river, it is fast flowing cutting its own path and alive. As it comes toward the end of the mouth it becomes slow and less able to carry its load. Reconnective Healing is based on accessing higher frequencies.
